The Merchant Shipping (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification of Carbon Dioxide Emissions) and the Port State Control (Amendment) Regulations 2017 M1 are amended as follows.

In these Regulations a certificate of compliance includes a certificate issued pursuant to the 2015 Regulation as it has effect in EU law on and after F1IP completion day.

In regulation 4 (requirement to carry a document of compliance), in paragraph (4) for “under the jurisdiction of an EEA State” substitute “
