10.  In regulation 18— U.K.

(a) in paragraph (1), for “according to the decision of the Secretary of State under regulation 14”, substitute “ in the United Kingdom ”; and

(b) in paragraph (2) for “Community air carrier” substitute “ UK air carrier ”.
