11.—(1) Article 9 is amended as follows.
(2) For “Community air carrier”, in each place it occurs, substitute “UK air carrier”.
(3) In paragraph 2 omit the second subparagraph.
(4) In paragraph 5, for “Community air carrier’s” substitute “UK air carrier’s”.
