30.—(1) Section 81B (sale to commercial purchaser and transfer to bridge bank) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (2) omit paragraph (b).
(3) In subsection (2A) omit “, EU resolution authority”.
(4) In subsection (9)—
(a)omit the definitions of “EU institution” and “EU resolution authority”;
(b)in the definition of “relevant third-country authority”, for the words from “Article” to the end substitute “ section 81AA(14) ”.
