36.—(1) Section 83ZE (investigations etc in support of foreign resolution authorities) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a)omit paragraph (a) (with the “or” after it);
(b)in paragraph (b), for the words from “those” to the end substitute “ the stabilisation powers of the Bank of England under this Part. ”.
(3) Omit subsections (5), (8) and (9).
(4) In subsection (10)—
(a)omit paragraph (a) (with the “or” after it);
(b)in paragraph (b)—
(i)for the words from “territory” to “state” substitute “ country or territory outside the United Kingdom ”;
(ii)for “(2)(b)” substitute “ (3)(b) ”.
