SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Amendments of the Bank Recovery and Resolution (No.2) Order 2014

105.—(1) Article 183 (notification that an undertaking is failing or likely to fail) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph (3)—

(a) omit sub-paragraphs (a) and (b);

(b) in sub-paragraph (d) for the words from “in their” to the end substitute “ ; and ”;

(c) in paragraph (e) omit “; and”;

(d) omit paragraph (f).

(3) Omit paragraph (4).
