105.—(1) Article 183 (notification that an undertaking is failing or likely to fail) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a)omit sub-paragraphs (a) and (b);
(b)in sub-paragraph (d) for the words from “in their” to the end substitute “ ; and ”;
(c)in paragraph (e) omit “; and”;
(d)omit paragraph (f).
(3) Omit paragraph (4).
