20.—(1) Article 33 (review of recovery plan) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) omit “or 30”.
(3) In paragraph (4) omit “by a competent authority”.
(4) In paragraph (6)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a)—
(i)omit “is authorised by the PRA or FCA and”;
(ii)for “Article 111 of the capital requirements directive” substitute “ Part 6 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013 ”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (b) omit “or 3” and “or 30”.
