Modification of the Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Act 2006 U.K.

22.—(1) In section 58(2)(k) of the Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Act 2006(1) (issuing of other material kept or held by Registrar General) references to the Adopted Children Register and to any register or book are to be read as including references to the Parental Order Register maintained by the Registrar General under section 53(1) of the 2007 Act and to any register or book maintained in pursuance of section 55(1) of that Act, both as applied with modifications by regulation 3 of and Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
