In Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (exchange of information)2—

(a)

omit—

(i)

“The European Rugby Cup Limited (incorporated in Ireland)”;

(ii)

“The International Rugby Board”; and

(iii)

“The London Marathon Limited”; and

(b)

insert the following entries in the appropriate places—

(i)

“Darts Regulation Authority”;

(ii)

(iii)

“European Professional Club Rugby (established in Switzerland)”;

(iv)

“International Paralympic Committee (established in Germany)”;

(v)

“Irish Rugby Football Union (established in Ireland)”;

(viii)

(ix)
