For the purposes of paragraph 4, in relation to the offence concerned, the basic fee is the amount set out in the table following this paragraph which corresponds with the band within which that offence falls (as set out in column (1) of the table) and the category of the advocate concerned (as set out in columns (2) to (4) of the table).
