Paragraph 7 (calculation of graduated fees in guilty pleas and cracked trials) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1)(a)—

after “the first third” insert “or the second third”;

in sub-paragraph (i), omit the “and” at the end;

omit sub-paragraph (ii).
