Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(1)(a) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 1.

In accordance with section 176(1)(a) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922, the Secretary of State has consulted, in relation to regulations 9 and 10, with organisations appearing to the Secretary of State to be representative of the authorities concerned.
