Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002I18

The State Pension Credit Regulations 200210 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2)—
a
in the definition of “care home”—
i
before “has the meaning” insert “in England”;
ii
before “Scotland” insert “Wales and”;
b
in the definition of “care home service” before “has the meaning” insert “in Wales means a care home service within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 which is provided wholly or mainly to persons aged 18 or over and in Scotland”.
