Citation, commencement and effect U.K.

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Motorcycles (Type-Approval) Regulations 2018;

(b) come into force on 20th May 2018; and

(c) are of no effect in relation to any matter to which paragraphs 3 to 5 of article 77 of the Motorcycles Regulation applies.
