Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)

3.—(1) In regulation 2(1)—

(a) before the definition of “authorised person”, insert—

““Article” means, except in Schedules 1 and 2, an Article in the EU Energy Labelling Regulation;”;

(b) for the definition of “the Directive”, substitute—

““the EU Energy Labelling Regulation” means Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council setting a framework for energy labelling and repealing Directive 2010/30/EU(1);”.

(2) In regulation 2(2), for “Directive”, in both places in which that word occurs, substitute “EU Energy Labelling Regulation”.
