The Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 200118 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “local authority” in paragraphs (a)(i) and (b)(i) for “London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority” substitute “London Fire Commissioner”.
