SCHEDULE 2 Amendments of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969

10.  In section 38 (obligation to appoint auditors)—

(a) in subsection (6)(b) for “him”, in both places where it appears, substitute “the registrar”; and

(b) in subsection (7) omit “the registrar with the consent of”.
