4.—(1) Where an application for entry clearance to enter the United Kingdom of a kind within sub-paragraph (2) [F1or (2A)] is made by a CESC national, and the applicant is the main applicant, the fee set out in Table 1 is to be reduced by £55.

(2) An application is of a kind within this sub-paragraph if it is an application for entry clearance to enter the United Kingdom as—
