Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent1.

This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (Fees) Order 2018 and comes into force on 6th April 2018.

In this Order the “1986 Act” means the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.
(3)
This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
