8. In section 23(10) of the Transport and Works Act 1992(1), for “the Department for Communities and Local Government” in both places substitute “the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government”.
Section 23(10) was amended and paragraph (a) substituted by S.I. 1997/2971; section 23(10) was further amended by S.I. 2001/2568, 2002/2626 and 2006/1926.
