1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund and Occupational Pension Schemes (Levy Ceiling and Compensation Cap) Order 2018.
(2) It comes into force—
(a)for the purposes of this article and article 2, on 14th March 2018,
(b)for the purposes of article 3, on 31st March 2018, and
(c)for the purposes of articles 4 and 5, on 1st April 2018.
(3) In this Order, “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
