PART 1 Preliminary

Interpretation

3.  In these Regulations—

“the 2009 Procedure Regulations” means the Valuation Tribunal for England (Council Tax and Rating Appeals) (Procedure) Regulations 2009(1); and

“the 2009 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rating (Alteration of Lists and Appeals) (England) Regulations 2009(2).
