Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013

21.  In Schedule 2(1) (Scheme employers)—

(a) in Part 2, in paragraph 5, for “local authority” substitute “body”;

(b) In Part 3—

(i) omit paragraph 11; and

(ii) at the end add—

“14.   An admission agreement may take effect on a date before the date on which it is executed.”.
