2. Regulation 3 of the Recovery of Costs (Remand to Youth Detention Accommodation) Regulations 2013(1) is amended as follows—

(a)in paragraph (6)(e), after “2017” insert “(but before 12th May 2018)”;

(b)after paragraph (6)(e) insert—

“(f)on or after 12th May 2018, £610.”.
