11.  In section 137R (financial promotion rules)(1), in subsection (5)(b)(2)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), omit “or”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (iv)(3) insert—

“or

(v) Article 17 of the insurance distribution directive,”.
