The following provisions apply for the protection of the Environment Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing between TfL and the Agency, in relation to construction of the authorised development and, within any maintenance period defined in article 30(14) (temporary use of land for maintaining the authorised development), any maintenance of any part of the authorised development.E+W+S
