The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (England) Regulations 2015 M1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in paragraph 5(3), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 M2” substitute “ the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 M3 ”.

In Schedule 2, in paragraph 3(1)(e), at the end insert “ , as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2017/997 ”.
