The Marketing of Fresh Horticultural Produce Regulations 200927
In regulation 2(2) of the Marketing of Fresh Horticultural Produce Regulations 2009 M1, for the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 2013” substitute—
“Regulation (EU) 2013” means Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products, as amended from time to time;
