The Avian Influenza and Influenza of Avian Origin in Mammals (England) (No.2) Order 2006 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 2, in the definition of “border inspection post”, for the words from “Schedule 2” to the end substitute “ regulation 11 of the Trade in Animals and Related Products Regulations 2011 ”.
