38.—(1) The Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food) (England) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1)—
(a)for the definition of “the 2006 Regulations” substitute—
““the 2009 Regulations” means the Official Feed and Food Controls (England) Regulations 2009(2);”;
(b)in the definition of “relevant legislation”—
(i)in paragraph (a), for “the 2006 Regulations” substitute “the 2009 Regulations”;
(ii)in paragraph (b), for “the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006(3)” substitute “the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013”.
(3) In regulation 9—
(a)for “the 2006 Regulations”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the 2009 Regulations”;
(b)in paragraph (3), for “41 to 43, 45 and 46” substitute “45 to 47, 49 and 50”.
(4) Omit regulation 20.
