60.—(1) Regulation 3 (eligible students) is amended as follows.
(2) For regulation 3(3)(f) M1 substitute – “ A is enrolled on a course which is a designated course under regulation 5 (designated courses) or 139 (designated part-time courses) of the student support regulations M2 or under regulation 4 (designated courses) of the Education (Postgraduate Doctoral Degree Loans and the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) (No. 2) etc.) Regulations 2018, and is receiving support under either set of regulations for that course; ”.
(3) In paragraph (4A) M3, omit sub-paragraph (c).
