PART 2 AMENDMENTS TO THE RAILWAYS ACT 2005

45.  In section 25 (proposal to discontinue excluded services)(1) in subsection (7) in the definition of “the national authority” after paragraph omit “and” and insert—

“(aa) in relation to a proposal relating to one or more services each of which is a Wales-only service, means the Welsh Ministers; and”.
