The Treasury approval requirements under sections 15 and 16 (schemes of financial assistance and administration) of the Fisheries Act 1981 M1 cease to apply in so far as the functions under those sections are exercisable by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales or the Welsh zone M2.
