3.—(1) The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)(2), in paragraph (1) in the definition of “the United Kingdom Maritime Labour Convention standards”, for “standards specified in Merchant Shipping Notice 1848(M)” substitute “requirements imposed in relation to United Kingdom ships by the provisions specified in column 2 of the instruments listed in column 1 of the table contained in the Schedule”.
