In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Port Waste Reception Facilities) Regulations 2003 M1, in the definition of “oil” for the words “Merchant Shipping (Dangerous or Noxious Substances in Bulk) Regulations 1996” substitute “ Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2018 ”.
