Service of the application in accordance with rule 2.5 must be effected by the applicant, or the applicant’s solicitor, or by a person instructed by the applicant or the applicant’s solicitor, not less than 5 business days before the date fixed for the hearing.

Schedule 2 has effect to set out the manner in which service is to be effected.
