If a person entitled to a dividend (“the entitled person”) delivers notice to the housing administrator that the entitled person wishes the dividend to be paid to another person, or that the entitled person has assigned the entitlement to another person, the housing administrator must pay the dividend to that other person accordingly.

A notice delivered under this rule must specify the name and address of the person to whom payment is to be made.
