The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(1), (4), (5)(a), (6) and (7) of the Digital Economy Act 2017(1).
A draft of the instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 106(9) of that Act, and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
