34. Port Police Forces as established under an order made under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964(1), under Part 10 of the Port of London Act 1968(2), or under section 79 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 (c.27)(3).
1964 c.40. Section 14 of the Harbours Act (relating to England) was substituted by the Restricted Byways (Application and Consequential Amendment of Provisions) Regulations 2006/1177, Schedule 1(1), paragraph 1.
1968 (c.xxxii). In section 156(2) the word ‘indictable’ in square brackets in each place it occurs was substituted by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15), section 111, paragraphs 41(1) and (3).
