In regulation 23—

in paragraph (1)(b), after “the 2010 Directive” insert “and the MCPD”;

after paragraph (3), insert—

Where a member of the public requests access to data and information listed in regulation 9A(2)(e) and (f), the Secretary of State must make a request for that data or information.
