Amendment to the Civil Legal Aid (Statutory Charge) Regulations 2013

4.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Civil Legal Aid (Statutory Charge) Regulations 2013(1), in the definition of “legal aid only costs”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (g) omit “or”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (h) insert

“or

(i) the 2018 Standard Civil Contract;”.
