In the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017(1), in Schedule 1 (descriptions of development for the purposes of the definition of “Schedule 1 development”), in the paragraph headed “Interpretation”, in the definition of “nuclear power station” and “other nuclear reactor” after “nuclear reactor is” insert “not”.
