Amendment of paragraph 7A of Schedule 3 to the GMS Contracts Regulations

6.  In Schedule 3 to the GMS Contracts Regulations (other contractual terms), in paragraph 7A(1) (patients living with frailty)(1), after “must take steps” insert “each year”.
