4.  In paragraph 20A(1) of Schedule 5 to the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002(1), after “error” insert “or an error on a point of law”.

S.I. 2002/1792. Paragraph 20A was inserted by S.I. 2002/3197, substituted by S.I. 2003/2274 and amended by S.I. 2013/458. There are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
