In regulation 71(2) of the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009(1), for the words from “Council Directive 67/548/EEC(2)” to “dangerous substances” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures”.
