CHAPTER 2 Amendments of secondary legislation

The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012

22.  In regulation 2 of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012(1)—

(a) in the definition of “the Directive”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/1011(2)”;

(b) in the definition of “harmonised standard”—

(i) for the words from “Annex I” to “services” substitute “Annex 1 to Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European standardisation(3)”;

(ii) for “Article 6 of that Directive” substitute “Article 10 of that Regulation”.
