48. In article 5 of the Sea Fish (Specified Sea Areas) (Regulation of Nets and Other Fishing Gear) Order 1991(1)—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)omit “Subject to paragraph (2) below,”;
(ii)for the words from “Commission Regulation” to the end substitute “Commission Regulation (EC) No 517/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 850/98 as regards the determination of the mesh size and assessing the thickness of twine of fishing nets(2)”;
(b)omit paragraph (2).
