Article 4 of the Establishment Order (directors of trust) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)(a), for “paragraph 10(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act”, substitute “section 4(3)(b) of the 2006 Act”.

In paragraph (3), for “London University”, substitute “Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine”.
