Amendment of the Young Offender Institution Rules 2000 U.K.

3.—(1) The Young Offender Institution Rules 2000 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In each of the following, for “the Schedule” substitute “ Schedule 1 ”–

(a) Rule 1(b) (citation and commencement), and

(b) Rule 89(1) (revocations and savings).

(3) In rule 2(1) (interpretation) M2 , for the definition of “specified drug”, substitute—

““specified drug” means any product or substance containing one or more of the chemical compounds listed in Schedule 2 to these Rules;”.”

(4) In the Schedule (revocations), for the heading “Schedule” substitute “ Schedule 1 ”.
